A patch has been released for PRE- 2.73 sites running MySQL 5+ and who use the top seller's feature which has an injection vulnerabiltiy.

Please download this file and read the instructions on which file to replace.

Although this patch is available it is recommended that sites be kept up to date with the most recent release.
